Shipping & returns
Every original leaves my studio carefully wrapped, and I take care of each delivery personally.
Where I ship
Original paintings ship within the United States. Living outside the USA? Please contact me before purchasing, and we'll find the best option together.
Shipping costs
Shipping is not included in the price of an original, unless noted on the painting's page. Every painting and every destination is different, so after your purchase I contact you personally within 48 hours to arrange delivery. Costs depend on the size of the piece, your location, and whether it's going to a home or a business.
Local pick-up
You're welcome to pick up your painting at my studio in Chatham, Virginia, by appointment, at no cost. If you live nearby, I'm also happy to deliver your painting myself. Just ask me.
Packaging and insurance
Each painting is wrapped in protective layers and shipped fully insured, with tracking. Large works may be shipped by specialized art carrier.
Damage on arrival
Please open your painting as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, keep all packaging and send me photos within 48 hours of delivery. I'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
Returns
Each original is one of a kind, so all sales are final. If your painting arrives damaged, I'll make it right.
Custom paintings
Custom paintings are created only for you, so they can't be returned. A 50% non-refundable deposit starts your commission; the balance is due when the painting is finished, before shipping. You approve the sketch and color palette before I begin.
