Art has been a constant companion throughout Sandrine’s life. Raised in France, she began in the world of acting and creating plays for children—learning early how stories, emotion, and expression can transform a space. Later, through the introspective years of a challenging marriage, she searched for healing and meaning, and spent over two decades exploring Reiki.
After her marriage ended, her body began to speak—pain becoming a language for emotions long suppressed and experiences left unprocessed. It was in that turning point that she realized she had drifted away from her essence, neglecting the sacred voice within. In the quiet of self-reflection, she returned to what had always been there: creativity. Through brushstrokes, texture, and vibrant color, she began a true renaissance of the soul.
Guided by intuition and fueled by emotion, Sandrine translates her inner world into contemporary mixed-media works. Each piece becomes a layered tapestry of textures, patterns, and color—rooted in her French heritage and carried by a modern, expressive voice. Words often weave into the composition, adding depth, reflection, and meaning.
Recently, she has been immersed in the art scene in Sète, France, attending Beaux-Arts adult classes and developing new techniques—especially creating her own canvases using recycled plastic and paper. Sustainability has always been part of her identity: recycling, reusing, repurposing, and choosing mindful consumption. Through her art, she honors that lifelong commitment while giving new life to what might otherwise be discarded.
For Sandrine, each artwork is an invitation inward—a journey toward self-acceptance, tenderness, and truth. Her intention is to share this path with others, inspiring them to embrace their imperfections with grace and to reconnect with who they truly are.
Because self-love has the power to change everything—one stroke at a time.
Be who you were born to be.
Sandrine is currently based in North Carolina, where she’s creating a new body of work and developing an online program that blends all the facets of who she is—art, healing, intuition, and transformation.
